Cool Green Finds...
This is one of the unique eco-friendly products which have hit the market lately. The Brelli, is a one-of-a-kind umbrella with a minimalist design and sustainably made from bamboo, cotton string & clear canopy (all 100% biodegradable materials).This product not only looks cool, but unlike conventional umbrellas it can withstand strong downpours, harsh winds, and biodegrades in less than 5 years.
These chic, delicious-smelling candles are made of organically grown American soybeans, recycled glass & paper, and natural oils. There are never tested on animals, soot-less, and totally biodegradable. So it seems Toys 'R' Us has decided to get on the "green" bus. They are launching their own new line of enviromentally-friendly dolls, wooden & plush toys which will be available nationwide at all retail stores, and online by Earth Day (April 22). All their wooden products are made with FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood, their plush toys with certified organic cotton and colored using natural or water-based dyes, and their packaging using at least 70% recycled materials.
